Age: The minimum age requirement to enroll in the course is typically 18 years old.
Yoga Experience: Our Yoga school requires that you have consistent yoga practice to enroll in the 200-hour online YTTC.
Physical Health: You should be in good physical and mental health to participate in the online yoga course.
Internet Access: To participate in the online yoga course in Rishikesh, India, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device.
Language Skills: Our 200-hour YTTC in Rishikesh, India, is taught in English, so you should have a good understanding of the English language to participate in the course fully.
Completion of Course Curriculum: You must complete the entire curriculum of the 200 Hour Online Yoga TTC. This may include studying and practicing asanas, Pranayama, meditation, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy and history, and teaching methodology.
Attendance: Maa Yoga Ashram requires a minimum attendance of 90% in order to be eligible for certification. This includes attending live online classes, recorded classes, and self-study modules.
Assessment: You are required to pass various assessments throughout the course, including written exams, teaching demonstrations, and practical assessments.
Practicum: You will be required to complete a certain number of hours of teaching practice in order to be eligible for certification.
Code of Conduct: At our yoga school in Rishikesh, students are required to adhere to a code of conduct or ethical guidelines throughout the course.
