200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – Syllabus
Techniques, Training and Practice
– Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Chanting, Mantra, Meditation and other traditional Yoga Techniques.
– Analytical training in how to teach and practice the techniques.

Although the curriculum seems a bit long, every part is fundamental to the program. Is really important to learn how to assist, correct, instruct and the different types of teaching styles. Some of the qualities of a teacher are to know the student’s process of learning and business aspects of teaching yoga. But the process to get the Yoga Teacher Certification is different in every person, it could take more than an extra week or even months for the aspirant. The way of progress will determinate either to take the advance program course or remain in the 200-hours RYT.
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
In the Advanced Program, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) will prepare you to enter the blossoming yoga industry with the skills and confidence required to succeed. Like all 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, the program is required to offer a curriculum based on the guidelines issued by Yoga Alliance. That is why many curriculum has an intense focus on deepening your practice on all levels. With this course you will show knowledge in the Basic Foundational Review learned from 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Besides, new Advanced Teaching Methodology, Sequencing & Training, Meditation, Chanting: Voice Use and Tone Use, advanced Pranayama and Ayurveda. For Ayurveda, each RYS can teach differently about how to manage your Practice and Teaching. Advanced Workshops in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga are included mostly. Also Advanced Yoga Philosophy, same as Lifestyle and Ethics of Yoga Teachers.
For the Asanas, the next list names a few of the advanced postures, corrections and adjustments practices in the program of the 300-hours. There is a few that also are in the 200-hours program for Yoga Teacher Certification but, part of practicing it again is the best way to swim in depth in the Yoga philosophy waters. 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Some schools follow the IYA standards about designate a 500 RYT completing programs of 200-hours and 300-hours. Some RYS or Yoga Workshop made modules for this programs, oriented to those who already passed the 300-hours program.
