10 precautions you should take if you are planning to go to a yoga retreat:-
- There are mandatory hand hygiene (sanitizer dispensers) and thermal screening provisions by the time of entering.
- People will get entry only if they have wearing masks.
- Ensure a minimum distance of 6 feet in rows at all times
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizers may be used wherever possible.
- Proof of travel plans (accommodation, tourism, etc.) is required for entering.
- Physical distancing is required all the time and everywhere except when you’re only with your travel companions.
- Passengers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will be placed under quarantine.
- Clinical usage of cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus.
- The instructor maintains a possible distance from the client at all times
- Do not smoke and drink during your overall session.
